The hotel staff was accommodating and affable. We stayed for 2 nights and greatly enjoyed the room, which was fairly quiet and spotless with a view.

The rooms at Hotel Metropole Inn were just what I needed during my stay in Mumbai. They were cozy and comfortable, with a queen-sized bed that provided a good night's sleep. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city. The complimentary toiletries and slippers in the private bathroom were a thoughtful addition.

Honestly, the one thing I didn't quite like was the tile/marble floor in the double room. It felt a bit cold and uncomfortable for my liking.

Felt like a queen surrounded by luxury & pampered by the concierge service, conveniently having a business center, and surrounded by natural beauty. I had a blast.

The security system was so good that I almost felt like a criminal trying to get in.

Breakfast with fruit and Indian options, as example. Incredible, comfortable location adjacent to airport and market area, Main Railway Station, and the airport.

Beds were uncomfortable.

The hotel's location was marvellous, close enough to Main Railway Station and Mumbai. All the staff was courteous, settled my issues. The room was reasonably spacious and compact here with a view.

Some of the staff were horrible.

Location: the hotel was next to airport and market area, and the Metro bridge. I came across Ark Bar, it was relatively close to the venue, offered nice shots.

Hotel Metropole Inn is my go-to place in Mumbai. With its helpful staff taking care of my elderly parents, I have no doubts. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, laundry, and more. I'll be back for Easter.

What a good stay, nothing too much trouble. The hotel was neat and in the best possible and comfy location. Room was well-maintained and brand-new the food was outstanding, 3 stars. With an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Well-mannered, responsive people working here. Great service and excellent value. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

Had a pleasant stay on a business trip. I thoroughly enjoyed the very comfy bed and the deluxe queen room. It was stylish with nice touches and plasma-screen TV and WiFi. This accommodation was in the efficient business location by a take away restaurant.

The hotel is a good base for a trip in Mumbai. The location it offers is best possible, just next door to the metro station. The place to order dinner within a close distance from the venue is jyothi restaurant. They have a lot of meals to choose from, the food is good.
